Angie Harmon was an American actor, model, and vocalist who appeared in a variety of films and TV programs over the past few years. Her first venture was modeling, however after she gained international recognition she decided to take on acting. Her first acting experience came with the 1995 television series, 'Baywatch Nights. Also, she does voice-acting as well as voice-overs. Harmon was able to decide in the early 2000s to concentrate on film and quit working on television series. She returned to TV after being in films for a couple of episodes. She is among the few actresses who have taken a photo of themselves naked for "Allure" magazine in 2008. Her main work is as detective Jane Rizzoli on TNT series 'Rizzoli & Isles'. For her role as Detective Jane, she was highly praised and received awards. Angie Harmon was nominated over the past few years for her exceptional performances, but has not won any awards.
